\n<\/strong>The payment method is always at the end or beginning of the month (until the 10th<\/sup> of the month the latest). Payment confirmations, refunds etc. are done via this account. In case of a cancellation without any travel insurance we will refund the according amount directly.<\/p>\n

If you have decided not to take out European travel insurance, the following cancellation guidelines apply to direct bookers at Apart Herzog:<\/p>\n

In spring 2024\/2025:
\n<\/strong>up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!
\nfrom 10 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total apartment price<\/p>\n

In summer 2024\/2025:
\n<\/strong>up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!

In autumn 2024\/2025:
\n<\/strong>up to 10 days before the day of arrival can be canceled free of charge!

In winter 2024\/25; 2025\/26:
\n<\/strong>can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival!
