When you can see from the bed if the ski-lift has already started, you know that you have booked an apartment in a top location. You can reach your apartment directly from the reserved parking slot in front of the door.

Freedom and privacy are very important in our Apart Herzog. The design in the apartments is highly suitable for a time off in the mountains. There is everything you could wish for: we even have hand-made furniture from local carpenters. A feeling of well-being is easily established, no matter whether it is the stunning fireplace which is visible from the inside and the outside, the private outdoor sauna which can be used without leaving your apartment or the elegantly designed bathroom which is like a dream for every woman and offers enough space for the whole family.

Location & privacy

The Apart Herzog is located directly in front of the Steinbergbahn valley station. In the winter you neither need a car nor the ski bus to be able to enter the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. There are just 50 meters between your bed and the cable car entrance and the blue Steinbergpiste ends directly in front of the house which is perfect for beginners and people who want to return home without any time pressure. In the summer the Steinbergbahn takes you directly to the Asitz – “mountain of senses“ and to “The Epic Bikepark Leogang“. Extraordinary huts wait for pleasure vacationers on top of the mountain.

Additionally, you can find a sports shop, ski schools, a tourist information and the cash desks of the cable car as well as a cash machine in the arena building of the Steinbergbahn valley station. Every apartment is on an individual floor. We have invested in partition on purpose to offer privacy and discretion.

Wellness & home design

Every apartment has a private outdoor sauna with a window through which you can have a direct look at the Steinbergpiste. Have you already observed the snow cat doing its work? Our apartments wait for you directly at the valley station of the Steinbergbahn cable car. In the winter the Steinbergbahn cable car brings you directly to the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn – one of Austria’s largest skiing areas. Additionally the region Saalfelden Leogang offers an attractively wide range of numerous leisure activities off piste.

In the summer you can go to the Asitz – „mountain of senses“ with the Steinbergbahn. Leo’s game trail, Leo’s sound toboggan run, the senses adventure park, the silent waters on the Asitz or the Flying Fox XXL – here every pleasure vacationer will be happy. Mountain bikers, free riders and downhillers are united in „The Epic Bikepark Leogang“. Being one of the first and biggest bike parks in Europe, it offers a wide range of paths for all different ability levels. Even the smallest ones can dare their first rides in the Riders Playground at the Asitz valley station. Additionally, the region Saalfelden Leogang offers kilometres of bike paths and is well known as THE biking region.
