Birnbachloch: The deepest glacier in Central Europe
Go through the Steinbergbahn car park, over the Krallerhof-bridge and then on the right hand side to the bus stop. Cross the street and always go straight ahead to the Badhaus Leogang.
From there you hike up the steep hill on the right hand side. Walk along the forest path to the next sign-posting. Pass the moor of Gunzenreith and the mystic lake and then walk through lawns and forests until you get to the big wooden rope bridge. After the bridge you walk on the left hand side until you reach the natural monument Birnbachloch – the deepest glacier in Central Europe.
